ORDER PROCESSING
D'Vine Scents currently has a 48-72 business hours processing time for all orders regardless of the shipping method chosen.
Business hours are Monday to Friday & any order placed over the weekend may be processed on Monday!

ORDER SHIPPING
We do not ship on nationally celebrated holidays.
Shipping days are on Mondays and Wednesdays
You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has left our loving hands.
For the selection of local pickup,customers will get a notification that the order is filled and pickup will be the following Sunday after the order is made.After two attempts on Sundays,items will be returned to shelf and a gift card will be issued.We will send emails and update social media if anything changes.
